In this day and age I for one am always on the lookout for a tea that brings me a wide variety of goodness with every sip. I have discovered a wonderful 100% organic, herbal blend that has been specifically designed to boost your daily balance – naturally! Full of organic ingredients such as Ashwagandha root, Astragalus, Chamomile, Cinnamon, Dandelion Root, Elderberries, Ginger, Lemon Balm, Milk Thistle seeds and Turmeric it is the perfect nutritional boost.

I love the aroma of the tea and it certainly delivered with the taste as well. Perfectly blended so all the flavours worked harmoniously. I love drinking a herbal tea blend that is so beneficial to me and can definitely recommend this one. Take some time for yourself and start your day off with this special blend.
Packaged in pyramid tea bags in a resealable pack of 30 this tea is able to be enjoyed hot or iced.

Hey Justine, I’ve got a question about tea and I thought you were the best person to ask. I ordered a new Yogi tea. It is Elderberry Lemon Balm Immune plus stress. I was so excited because I love taking elderberry in the winter for immune and I have been having a lot of anxiety and thought it might help me to be calm. My husband and I decided to try it the night we got it and it made us both really dizzy and so tired we went right to bed and passed out. I know I am a lightweight but my husband is not. We have been to timid to try it again. I read the reviews and nobody was saying anything about reactions like this. One lady said she put it in the break room at work and everyone loves to drink it. What gives? I’ve never had Ashwagandha before or lemon balm. Could one of these be causing strong side effects? An excerpt from Amazon – Flavor: This herbal tea blend combines Lemon Balm with Lemongrass and Lemon Peel for a bright, citrusy flavor. – Benefits: Elderberry Lemon Balm Immune + Stress tea combines antioxidant-supplying Elderberry with soothing Lemon Balm and Ashwagandha, an Ayurvedic adaptogenic herb used to support immune health and stress response. – Organic: USDA Certified Organic

Hi Amy, that’s a slightly concerning experience. I know that Ashwagandha can cause some tummy upsets and isn’t to be used by nursing or expectant mothers. Lemon Balm and Elderberry are both known to cause headaches, sometimes intense dizziness and tummy issues too so it may be this that you were both sensitive to? I’m wondering if either of you are taking medications that may have contraindicated the herbs? My recommendation would be to avoid this combination and try something different. Hope you are both feeling better now.

Yeah we were fine the next day. We take no medication. We do take Elderberry syrup every winter and do fine.

I’m not a tea drinker at all but my sister is and she’s been looking for something to help calm her after a stressful day, so I’ll be sending this her way!

Looks great. I’m really into tea and I usually get it in Mei Leaf in Camden but I might try this. Looks a bit like Tea Pigs.

This has lots of positives – I have just one question. Do you know if that bags or packaging contain plastic? Thanks.
