Queen of the teas in my book is Bohemian Rhapsody – a Rooibos blend (traditional Rooibos is created by fermenting the leaves) with calendula flowers, vanilla bean, orange peel, rose petals and cacao nibs – looks as pretty as it sounds and tastes spectacular. I would describe it as an interesting but perfectly matched blend. Best to steep at 100 degrees C for 5…
