What’s your poison (so to speak!)

Have you been to the supermarket, tea shops, online tea companies or even duty free at the airport lately?  Sooooo many types of teas to choose from; Black, Green, Oolong, Fruity Tisanes, Herbal, Rooibos (not a tea in the true sense but we will get to that later), Yellow, White, Smoky…the list goes on.

Where do you start when choosing a tea?  Most of us go by what our parents had and what our friends and family introduce us to.  What is your current fav?  Mine really depends on the day, time of day, the weather, my mood…that list goes on too!  Currently I am enjoying Twinnings Irish Breakfast as my morning pick-me-up, a really bold flavoured black tea which is available just about anywhere.  Otherwise it is Love Tea which is perfect when I need to relax – beautiful blend of lavender, chamomile and peppermint…. and if you are in need of something a little bit special how about French Earl Grey by Totaler. It comes in a test tube and is simply divine with China Black Tea, Hibiscus, Roses, Blue Cornflowers, Marigold and Bergamot  ♥  Let me know what your fav is ♥

On that note…I’m off for a cuppa

  1. I am always going to be an Earl Grey Blue Flower girl (T2) but I am in love with my Spring Tea from the 4 seasons from Basilur. I bought a whole box and the loose stuff 😂

  2. Wow so many kinds. I like a mellow tea kind of sweet. At the moment Dilma is my favourite with a bit of milk and honey. I’m going to have to try some of the ones you have mentioned 💛
